ASSEMBLY PROCESSES
According to part structure, material, joining method and quality requirements, we configure manual assembly, torque fastening, press fitting, riveting, heat staking and fixture-assisted workstations, followed by inspection, packing and batch traceability.
Manual assembly of small parts, springs, bushings, seals and complex structures.
Electric or pneumatic tools are used for controlled screw fastening and tightening.
Positioned press fitting and riveting of bearings, bushings, pins and structural parts.
Stable thermal joining of plastic posts, metal inserts and molded structures.
Positioning, error-proofing, clamping and guiding fixtures improve consistency.
Appearance, movement, fastening, identification, packing and traceability are confirmed.
Process Configuration
Workstations and joining methods are configured according to product structure, production volume, critical quality requirements and the required level of automation. Critical parameters such as press force, torque, temperature and height can be controlled and recorded.
EQUIPMENT & WORKSTATIONS
Multiple assembly, press-fit, heat-staking and fastening systems are combined with modular workstations, positioning fixtures and standardized operations to support different products and production volumes.
Positioned press fitting and semi-automatic assembly of bearings, bushings, pins and structural components.
Temperature, pressure and cycle-time control provide stable joining of plastic posts, inserts and structures.
Electric or pneumatic fastening tools control tightening sequence, torque and missing-screw risks.
Precision insertion of bearings, bushings, pins and small structural parts with consistent depth and position.
Collaborative workstations support high-mix, low-volume production and efficient product changeovers.
Modular stations, material containers and auxiliary tools support standardized work and flexible expansion.
ASSEMBLY WORKFLOW
A controlled assembly workflow covering engineering review, material verification, workstation preparation, standardized assembly, inspection and batch traceability helps reduce incorrect assembly, missing parts and material-mixing risks.
Confirm drawing revision, BOM, assembly sequence, critical dimensions and quality requirements.
Verify in-house parts, purchased parts, standard parts, cosmetic parts and packing materials.
Prepare positioning fixtures, error-proofing tools, press-fit tools and work instructions.
Complete fastening, press fitting, heat staking and module assembly according to standard work.
Inspect assembly dimensions, fastening, movement, appearance and required functional items.
Record batch, inspection and product data, followed by scratch- and impact-resistant packing.
Workflow Control
Critical torque, press-fit depth, heat-staking height, assembly clearance and functional movement can be managed through inspection standards, first-piece confirmation and batch records.
ASSEMBLY CTQ & PROCESS CONTROLS
Critical assembly characteristics are controlled through BOM revision management, standardized work, process parameters, error-proofing fixtures and batch traceability.
Confirm drawing revisions, BOM structure, part numbers and engineering changes.
Perform assembly according to documented work instructions.
Control fastening parameters, screw specifications and tightening sequence.
Manage force, depth and perpendicularity during precision press fitting.
Use positioning fixtures and poka-yoke features to control part orientation.
Record assembly results, inspection status and product batch data.
