INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING VALUE

One-Stop Manufacturing Is More Than Process Consolidation

Engineering review, core processes, quality data and project ownership remain connected within one factory, reducing information loss and quality risk across supplier handoffs.

Unified Engineering Review

Drawings, DFM, CTQs and the complete process route are planned together.

Core Processes Completed In-House

Tooling, forming, machining, finishing and assembly are connected within one factory.

Continuous Quality Data

Material lots, process parameters and inspection results remain linked.

Single Project Responsibility

Engineering, production, quality and delivery are coordinated through one project window.

CUSTOMER VALUE

The customer gains fewer interface risks—not simply more processes

Fewer external handoffs

Lower inter-process defects

Faster issue feedback

Lower coordination cost

END-TO-END MANUFACTURING FLOW

A Complete Manufacturing Chain from Drawing to Delivery

From drawing review to finished-product delivery, materials, tooling, forming, precision machining, surface finishing, assembly and inspection are continuously connected within one factory, with engineering control and quality management applied throughout the entire process.

ENGINEERING FAQ

Common Engineering Questions

Common questions about process scope, quality interfaces, traceability and production launch.

01 Which core processes can Zhongde connect within one factory?

Depending on the project, Zhongde can connect material confirmation, tooling, forming, precision machining, surface finishing, assembly, inspection and delivery. Customer-specified or special processes are confirmed during RFQ review.

02 Can a customer commission only part of the manufacturing route?

Yes. Customers may request one process, several connected processes or the complete manufacturing route. For multi-process projects, final product requirements help define datums, allowances, coating thickness and assembly relationships.

03 How are coating thickness and fit dimensions controlled?

Functional surfaces, masking areas, coating thickness and dimensional compensation are confirmed during engineering review. Samples or first articles are validated before production, followed by checks of critical dimensions, thickness, appearance and fit.

04 How can a quality issue be traced to a process and batch?

Production orders, material batches, process inspections, equipment or process records, assembly records and packaging labels remain linked. This supports identification of the source process, related batches and affected product range.

05 What must be confirmed before moving from prototype to mass production?

Typical confirmations include drawing revision, process route, tooling or fixture validation, first-article inspection, CTQs, surface and functional validation, packaging approval and production change control.
